Mr. Khairul Shazwali was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), where he honed his skills and knowledge in the field. Beyond academics, he is a rugby athlete, proudly representing both the UPM rugby club and the states of Negeri Sembilan and Selangor. He is happily married and has two children. Diagnose with ESKD on 2016 due to Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) which was detected from blood test result after a attack of gout. Khairul has opted for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) because of the flexibility and freedom to do the exchange. During his PD time, he is still active running and exercising to keep fit to have a better lifestyle. In January 2019, he has successfully undergone for renal transplant donated by his brother, Khairul Shazwan. As of today, passing 5 years mark of renal transplant; his quality of life is greater than previous.
