Associate Prof. Dr Nor Fadhlina Zakaria is a senior consultant nephrologist and Internal Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She is also the Deputy Director (Clinical) at Hospital Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah UPM. She earned her MD and MMED degrees from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), solidifying her foundation in medical science and specialization in Nephrology. In addition to her clinical and administrative roles, she is actively engaged in professional organizations, serving as a council member of the Malaysian Society of Nephrology (MSN) and contributing her expertise to the International Society for Peritoneal Dialysis (ISPD) Education Committee. Her passion for education to healthcare practitioners as well as to public, particularly in the fields of general nephrology, Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Palliative Care, is evident in her commitment to mentorship, research, and advocacy. Her contributions to medical education and patient-centred care continue to make a lasting impact on the healthcare landscape, both locally and internationally.
